The A5 Progress Journal features a soft PU leather cover with rounded corners and it features a subtle ‘PROGRESS’ debossed artwork on the front cover. As with all MiGoals notebooks, it contains tips on how to get the most out of your journal and how to use it. The 220 pages feature 3 goal setting worksheets, 90 daily spreads, 7, 30, 60 and 90 day review pages; and goal review pages. It includes a daily to-do list to keep track of tasks, nightly prompts to stay focused and monthly reviews to keep the momentum going.
